Capacity-based systems assume:

Why Black Builders Are Especially Vulnerable to Overextension


Black builders often carry:


  • collective responsibility

  • visibility expectations

  • limited margin

Without capacity-based design, growth becomes a trap.

The cost becomes personal.


Capacity is not a limitation. It is protection.
